2021 – 2023 Models with Digital Cluster
- Use the ◀️ ▶️ buttons on the steering wheel to display “Range.”
- Press and hold the “OK” button on the steering wheel for more that 4 seconds.
- From the Service menu, press 🔽 to highlight “Reset oil change service,” then press “OK.”
- A message will appear asking, “Reset oil service.” Press “OK.”
- A message will appear saying, “The service interval was reset.”
2019 – 2020 Models
- Locate the 0.0 button on the instrument cluster, just above the steering wheel.
- Press and hold the 0.0 button.
- Turn the ignition on (without starting the engine) while holding the 0.0 button.
- A menu will appear, prompting you to reset the oil change service light.
- Press the 0.0 button once more.
- Turn the ignition off.
2007 – 2018 Models Non-Digital Cluster Models
- Turn off the ignition so the vehicle is completely off.
- Press and hold the SET/00 button located to the right of the dash panel or between the steering wheel and the instrument panel.
- Continue to hold the button and turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine. The dash should display “Service Now.”
- Release the 0.0 button. You will be prompted to “Reset Service Change Interval.”
- Press the 0.0 button again, and the service interval will reset.
Congratulations! You have now successfully reset your Oil Light Indicator on the Volkswagen Jetta.
