2018 – 2022 Models
- Turn off the ignition.
- Under the service notification display, find the Time button (sometimes referred to as the “left gauge” button), which appears as two overlapping rectangles followed by a forward slash and a clock icon.
- Press and hold the Time button, then turn on the ignition without starting the car.
- Keep holding the Time button until the service notification reappears on the display.
- The display will then ask if you would like the reset the notification. Release the Time button, then press it again to confirm the reset.
- Turn off the ignition. When you turn the ignition back on, the service notification will be reset.
2009 – 2017 Models
- Turn off the ignition.
- Underneath the service notification display, locate the Trip button (sometimes referred to as the “right gauge” button), which appears like this: “0.0 / SET.”
- Press and hold the Trip button, then turn the ignition on without starting the car.
- Release the Trip button, then find the Time button (sometimes referred to as the “left gauge” button), which appears as two overlapping rectangles followed by a forward slash and a clock icon.
- Press the Time button.
- Turn off the ignition. When you turn the ignition back on, the service notification will be reset.
