Toyota Sienna: Reset TPMS

A TPMS warning light appears on a Toyota Sienna’s instrument cluster. It can be an indication of low pressure on one of the tires. It may also appear after changing or rotating tires. 1998 – 2022 Models

  1. Park the vehicle on level ground.
  2. Turn off the engine.
  3. Check the pressure of each tire and ensure it matches the pressure recommended by the manual.
  4. Inflate any tire with low pressure to the recommended pressure.
  5. Turn the ignition to the ON position. Don’t start the engine.
  6. Press the TPMS reset button below the steering wheel.
  7. The TPMS warning light will blink 3x. Wait for a few minutes with the ignition in the ON position.
  8. Turn the engine switch to ACC/LOCK/OFF position, depending on your vehicle model.
  9. The TPMS is reset, and you shouldn’t see the warning light when you start the vehicle.
