Since 2012, Toyota has added Bluetooth to its in-car features. This feature lets you make and receive hands-free calls using the car’s speakers.

2012 – 2022
- On your phone, go to your PHONE SETTINGS.
- Select the BLUETOOTH menu.
- Turn your Bluetooth ON.
- Press HOME on the top left of your in-car radio.
- A popup will open on the left of your screen. If you don’t have a phone connected to your car Bluetooth, the popup will read NO PHONE CONNECTED and, underneath, REGISTER PHONE. If a phone is already connected, the popup will read SELECT PHONE, and you can add your new phone from the next screen.
- Another popup will open that reads THERE ARE NO BLUETOOTH DEVICES REGISTERED: WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADD ONE NOW?
- Press YES.
- When the SELECT DEVICE screen opens, SELECT your phone from the list.
- A PIN will appear on the screen and your phone.
- If the PINs match, press PAIR on your phone.
