2020 – 2022 Models

  1. Park the car and turn off the engine.
  2. Locate the hood release lever near the base of the windshield on the driver’s side.
  3. Push down on the lever while you lift the hood.
  4. The hood will pop open; carefully guide it up and out of the way.

2015 – 2019 Models

  1. Park the car and turn off the engine.
  2. Locate the hood release lever near the driver’s side door.
  3. Push the lever while you lift the hood.
  4. The hood will pop open.
  5. Release the secondary hood release lever and open the hood.

2010 – 2014 Models

  1. Park the car and turn off the engine.
  2. Pull the release handle located under the steering wheel.
  3. Lift the hood and release it from the retaining clips.
  4. The hood should now be open.

2005 – 2009 Models

  1. Park the car and turn off the engine.
  2. Locate the hood release lever to the left of the steering column.
  3. Pull the release latch towards you, and you will hear a pop.
  4. Once at the front of your car, release the secondary hood catch and lift the hood.

2000 – 2004 Models

  1. Park the car and turn off the engine.
  2. Locate the hood release lever in front of the driver’s side door.
  3. Push down on the lever while you lift the hood.
