2016 – 2022 Models

Method 1

  1. Press and hold the power button on your stereo system for at least 10 seconds.
  2. The stereo system will switch off and on. In a moment, it will be fully reset.

Method 2

  1. Navigate to the display screen and select the settings menu.
  2. Choose factory data reset.
  3. You will get a prompt from the system asking to confirm that you wish to use the factory reset option.
  4. To reset, press the green button. This will restart the stereo system.

2011 – 2015 Models

Note: These models include a Starlink.

  1. Press and hold the home button.
  2. While holding the home button, press the volume button five times.
  3. The screen will display the service menu mode.
  4. While in the service menu, press and hold the home button, then press the volume button two times.
  5. The screen display will turn off for a few seconds, then return. At this point, the stereo system should be reset.
