How to Open Fuel Door on the Nissan Murano

Posted on July 8, 2019 by Mitch Bartlett 1 Comment

If you’re not familiar with the Nissan Murano, you may have trouble finding the fuel door release lever. It’s not located on the floorboard next to the driver’s seat like it is with most vehicles.

You can actually locate the fuel release button under the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel. It’s right next to the hood release. Simply pull this lever forward and the fuel door will spring open allowing you to access the gas cap.

Fuel door on 2013 murano will not close all the way.
Any suggestions on how to fix it or find the correct site to get ideas on what may have happened?
    Thank you
