You can open the liftgate of these models in two ways.

Smart Key

1. Place the car in the park position.
2. Approach the back of your vehicle.
3. Press and hold the power liftgate button on your smart key until you hear a chime and the hazard lights flash.
4. The trunk will open automatically.

Power Liftgate Button on the Instrument Panel

1. Place the car in the park position.
2. Press the power liftgate button on the instrument panel.
3. The vehicle will chime, and the hazard lights will flash as the trunk opens.

2008 – 2020 Models

You can open the trunk of these models in two ways.

Key Fob

1. Place the car in the park position.
2. Go to the back of your vehicle.
3. Press the power liftgate button on the key fob.
4. The vehicle will chime, and the hazard lights will flash as the trunk opens.

Power Liftgate Button

1. Place the car in the park position.
2. Push the power liftgate button on the instrument panel.
3. The vehicle will chime, and the hazard lights will flash as the trunk opens.

2004-2007 Models

You can open the trunk of these models either manually.

1. Place the car in the park position.
2. Unlock all doors.
3. Pull the opener handle at the back of the liftgate.
4. The vehicle will chime, and the hazard lights will flash as the trunk opens.

Key Fob

1. Place the car in the park position.
2. Approach the back of your vehicle.
3. Press the power liftgate button on the smart key fob.
4. The vehicle will chime, and the hazard lights will flash as the trunk opens.
