2019 – 2022 Models
- From inside the vehicle, locate the unlock button inside the driver’s side door.
- Press the unlock button.
- Exit the car and locate the trunk release handle above the license plate and the Mercedes logo on the trunk.
- Pull the handle towards you.
Key Fob Button
- Locate the button on your key fob that depicts a rear view of the vehicle with the trunk open.
- Press the button to open the trunk. You will hear a click, and the trunk will pop open.
Alternatively, you can manually unlock and open the trunk with your car key.
2015 – 2018 Models
Key Fob Button
- Locate the button on your key fob that depicts a rear view of the vehicle with the trunk open.
- Press the button to open the trunk. You will hear a click, and the trunk will pop open.
Alternatively, you can manually unlock and open the trunk with your car key.
Inside the Car
- Access the driver’s side door to find the trunk release lever.
- Pull the trunk release lever upward.
- The trunk door will pop open.
- Exit the car and lift the trunk to open it.
2010 – 2014 Models
Early models don’t have key fobs or power locks, so the only way to open the trunk is to do so manually.
- Locate the trunk release button below the steering wheel column.
- Pull up on the trunk release lever, and the trunk will pop open.
- Exit the car and lift the trunk open.
