2001 – 2007 Models
- There is a lever near the floor to the left of the driver seat’s footwell. Pull down on the lever to release the hood.
- There is another lever in the center of the gap between the hood and the grill. Squeeze the lever inwards, and the hood will open the rest of the way.
- Make sure to support the hood with the prop rod (found on the left or right side) so that it doesn’t collapse as you work on your vehicle.
