The Mazda CX-5 has two trip odometers that are labeled A and B. Once you are finished measuring trip mileage, you can reset the trip odometer using these steps.
2021 – 2023 Models
- Press the Info button on the left side of the steering wheel to toggle between Trip A or Trip B.
- Once the desired trip odometer is displayed on the instrument panel, press and hold the Info button for several seconds.
- The trip odometer will reset to zero, and the display will show this change.
2019 – 2020 Models
- Locate the trip odometer button on the dashboard.
- Press and hold the button, and use the select button to toggle between Trip A or Trip B.
- Press the select button for a few seconds to reset the chosen trip to 0.0.
2014 – 2018 Models
- Locate the trip odometer button on the dashboard labeled TRIP or ODO.
- Press and hold the trip odometer button to bring up the trip odometer display on the dashboard.
- Hold the trip odometer button and use the reset button to reset the trip odometer.
- Release the trip odometer button. The trip odometer will reset to 0.
