2016-2023 Models
- Turn the ignition on, but do not start the engine.
- Use the “Up” and “Down” arrow buttons on the steering wheel to toggle the selection to “Maintenance.”
- Press the “OK” button on the steering wheel to go into the “Maintenance” menu.
- Use the “Up” and “Down” arrows to toggle the selection to “Oil and Filter.”
- Press the “OK” button on the steering wheel to go into the “Oil and Filter” menu.
- Use the “Up” and “Down” arrows to toggle the selection to “Reset.”
- Press the “OK” button to choose “Reset.”
- Use the “Down” arrow to highlight “Yes.”
- Press the “OK” button, and the “Oil and Filter” light will be reset.
2000-2015 Models
Models With Info Center Display
- Turn the ignition to the ON position, but do not start the engine.
- Press the “TRIP/RESET” button on the instrument panel until “Trip A” is displayed on the odometer screen.
- Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
- Press and hold the “TRIP/RESET” button.
- While holding the “TRIP/RESET” button, turn the ignition back to the ON position.
- Continue holding the “TRIP/RESET” button for about 10 seconds until the odometer display changes to “000000.”
- Release the “TRIP/RESET” button.
- Turn the ignition back to the OFF position.
- Turn the ignition back to the ON position to confirm that the oil change light has been reset.
Models Without Info Center Display
- Turn the ignition on, but do not start the engine.
- Repeatedly press the button to toggle to the “Setting” screen.
- Use the button to toggle the selection to “Maintenance“, then press the button to enter that screen.
- From the “Maintenance” screen, use the to toggle the selection to “Engine Oil“, then press the button to enter that screen.
- From the “Engine Oil” screen, use the to toggle the selection to “Reset“, then press the button to enter that screen.
- Press to reset the engine oil light.
1994 – 1999 Models
- Turn the ignition key to the ON position, but do not start the engine.
- Locate the small button near the odometer display and press it repeatedly until the “ODO” display is replaced with the trip meter display “TRIP A.”
- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.
- Press and hold the button down, then turn the ignition key back to the ON position. Continue holding the button down for 5 seconds until the display resets to “000000”.
- Release the button.
- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position, then start the engine to confirm that the oil change light has been reset.
