It’s easy to dismiss opening or closing the hood of a car as a simple process. But you may struggle with this if you’ve never done it before. Luckily, we have prepared a step-by-step guide on opening the hood of your Kia Soul.
2010 – 2022 Models
- Look for the hood release lever in the driver’s foot area close to the bottom edge of the door.
- Pull the hood lever towards you until you hear the hood pop.
- Place your hand under the hood directly below the Kia logo.
- Move your hand slightly to the right until you feel a lever.
- Push the lever up.
- Raise the hood to open.
