Jeep Grand Cherokee: How To Set Clock

Having the correct time in your car is essential. While many vehicles have automatic clocks that change with your GPS location, you may still encounter a time when you need to change it by hand.

2017 – 2022 Models

  1. Select Controls on your touch screen menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Clock.
  4. Uncheck the Sync with the GPS box.
  5. Adjust the hours and minutes to match the current time using your volume knob.

2014 – 2016 Models

  1. Select More (+).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Clock & Date.
  4. Select Set Time & Format.
  5. Adjust the hour and minutes to match the current time using your volume knob.
  6. Select Done to save your changes.

2005 – 2013 Models

  1. Press and hold the Time button until the hours start blinking.
  2. Adjust the hour using the TUNE knob.
  3. Push the TUNE knob until the minutes begin blinking.
  4. Adjust the minutes using the TUNE knob.
  5. Push the TUNE knob to save the time.

  1. I can change the hour, but I can’t seem to get into the minute part of it. Any suggestions and that is going by what I wrote above this comment

    • Can anybody help me? I can change the hour by pushing the time button but I can’t seem to change the minutes. Any suggestions? It’s an 05 jeep grand Cherokee Limited.
