2005 – 2022 Models

You can reset the stereo system of the Hyundai Tucson in two ways: using the factory reset button and turning the fuse off and on.

Using the Factory Reset Button

  1. Turn on the ignition. Don’t start the engine.
  2. Turn on the stereo system.
  3. Locate the factory reset button. It is a tiny pinhole, usually on any of the four corners of the stereo system.
  4. Use a sharp object to press the button until the stereo system turns off. The object can be a paperclip, pin, or ballpoint pen.
