1996 – 2023 Models

  1. Make sure the vehicle is completely turned off before starting the process.
  2. Locate the OBD2 connector in your Honda. It is usually located underneath the dashboard on the driver’s side.
  3. Insert one end of the wire into pin 4 and the other end into pin 9 of the OBD2 connector.
  4. Turn the ignition key to the ACC (Accessory) position without starting the engine.
  5. Press the brake pedal and then release it. Repeat this process multiple times.
  6. As you perform the brake pedal action, keep an eye on the ABS light on the dashboard.
  7. If the ABS light flashes twice, it indicates that the ABS light has been successfully reset.
  8. After successfully resetting the ABS light, turn off the ignition key.
  9. Unplug the wire from pins 4 and 9 of the OBD2 connector.
