How to Fold Down the Rear Seats in a Chrysler 300

Say goodbye to cramped car rides and hello to comfort and space! Learn how to fold down the rear seats in our user-friendly tutorial. In your Chrysler 300, the seats don’t fold down entirely, but the 60-40 fold-over can definitely give you extra space to store longer items in your trunk. 

2005 – 2010 & 2015 – 2023 Models

1. Clean out any stuff you might have in the trunk to make your life easier.
2. Locate and pull the release levers on the rear seats near the top.
3. Gently push the top of the seat back forward, and it will fold down.

1990 – 1993 & 2011 – 2014 Models

1. Remove anything on the rear seats or the floor. 
2. Locate and pull the seat release straps near the bottom of the seats, near the floor.
3. Keep pulling the strap until the seats are fully down.

1999 – 2004 Models

1. Make sure you remove any items from the rear seats and floor area.
2. Locate and press the release buttons on either side of the rear seats near the top.
3. Gently push the seat backs forward.
