2103 – 2022 Models
Soft Reset
- Turn your car on.
- Press and hold the radio power button for two seconds and a soft reset should occur.
Hard Reset
You will need your radio code to complete a hard reset of your stereo. To obtain your radio code:
- Obtain your car’s VIN. You can find this in a few places, such as the driver’s door frame, the driver’s dashboard directly under the windshield, and your insurance or registration card.
- Once you have your VIN contact your local Honda dealer to receive your five-digit radio code.
With your radio code in hand:
- Turn on your car to ON or ACC.
- Turn on your radio.
- The radio display should read CODE.
- Enter your radio code using your preset numbers or tuner knob.
- Once the code is inputted correctly, the radio should return to its normal function.
1998 – 2006 Models
You will need your radio code to complete a hard reset of your stereo. To obtain your radio code:
- Obtain your car’s VIN. You can find this in a few places, such as the driver’s door frame, the driver’s dashboard directly under the windshield, and your insurance or registration card.
- Once you have your VIN contact your local Honda dealer to receive your five-digit radio code.
With your radio code in hand:
