Honda Fit: How to Set Clock

Keeping time is very important. That is why in this guide, we help you set the time correctly on your car. Setting the clock on your Honda Fit is easy with these easy-to-follow steps.

2018 – 2023 Models

  1. Locate the control buttons (up and down arrows and middle button) to the right of the steering wheel.
  2. Press the up-arrow button to get to the Settings Menu.
  3. Select Clock Settings.
  4. The time will appear on the right side of the car display.
  5. Use the up and down control buttons to change the hours to your desired time.
  6. Set the minutes with the up-down arrows again.
  7. Your clock is now set.

2015 – 2017 Models

  1. On your car display, select the Home button, then press the Settings icon.
  2. Select the Clock/Info icon, then select the Clock Adjustment option.
  3. The time will appear on the display screen.
  4. Press the up arrow to move an hour or minute ahead and the down arrow to change to an hour or minute behind.
  5. Hit the OK option when done.

2010 – 2014 Models

  1. Turn the car ON to activate the display screen.
  2. Locate the AM/FM button with “Clock” written under it.
  3. Press and hold the AM/FM button until you hear a beep. 
  4. The time will start to blink on the display screen.
  5. Locate the buttons numbered 1 and 2 with H and M.
  6. Press the button labeled 1 to change to the correct hour of the day.
  7. Press button to change to the correct minute.
  8. Press the AM/FM button to finish the process.

2001 – 2009 Models

  1. Turn the car ON to activate the car display screen.
  2. Locate the sound button on the display controls. It has the word “Clock” written adjacent to it.
  3. Press and hold the sound button until you hear a beep. When the time starts blinking, you are in clock programming mode.
  4. In the display, locate buttons labeled 4 and 5 just below the display screen with and M below them to show hours and minutes, respectively.
  5. Use the button labeled 4 to change hours to your desired time
  6. Use the button labeled 5 to change the minutes.
  7. Press and hold the sound button until you see the time stop blinking.
  8. Your clock is now set.
