2015 – 2023 Models
- Turn the power knob to the “OFF” position.
- Push and hold the “Power/Volume” knob to the right until you hear a beep.
- Release the “Power/Volume” knob and press the “FM/AM” button.
- The stereo will then reset itself.
2001 – 2014 Models
- Turn off the engine and all of the accessories.
- Remove the negative battery terminal and leave it off for at least 1 minute.
- Reattach the negative battery terminal.
- Turn on the engine and press and hold the power button on the stereo for 10 seconds.
- Turn off the engine again.
- Remove the negative battery terminal again.
- Reattach the negative battery terminal.
- Turn on the engine, and the stereo system should be reset.
