2015 – 2022 Models
- Turn on the ignition.
- Next, turn on the sound.
- Hold the power button down for 5 to 7 seconds.
- A smaller screen will pop up and ask if you would like to reboot. Press Yes.
- The system will reboot. It may take up to 40 seconds to set up and grant you access to your infotainment system
2002 – 2014 Models
- Turn off the car and the radio.
- Next, turn on the vehicle but not the radio.
- Press buttons 1 and 6 while simultaneously holding down the “on” button. It should take a second or two to generate an 8-digit serial number.
- Note the serial number (without the alphabetical letters in front of the numbered digits).
- Navigate to radio-navicode-honda.com and enter this serial number along with your Vehicle Identification Number.
- You’ll receive a code to enter into your radio. Enter this code, then press play.
- Your car radio should reset.
2000 – 2001 Models
- For these models, the PIN code is either on the small ID card that accompanies the manual or can be found inside the glovebox written on a white sticker. Sometimes, the code may be on the back of the radio itself. In this case, you’ll need to detach the unit to find it.
- Enter the pin code using the preset buttons to reset the stereo.
