2014 – 2022 Models

  1. Turn the ignition on.
  2. Use the left navigation arrow on the steering wheel to enter the cluster app.
  3. Go to Info, then use the up 🔼 and down 🔽 navigation buttons to select Oil Life on the menu.
  4. Press and hold the Tick button to activate the oil life reset.

2007 – 2013 Models

  1. Turn the ignition on.
  2. Navigate to the Oil Life Remaining option using the Driver Information Center (DIC) buttons.
  3. If your car has a DIC, press then hold the set/reset button for at least 10 seconds.
  4. If your car doesn’t have a DIC, ensure your vehicle is in Park mode, then access the display using the trip odometer reset stem.
  5. Press the trip odometer reset stem for at least 10 seconds.
  6. The oil life will reset to 100%.
  7. Turn the ignition off and start the car. Then, verify oil life has been reset.

2000 – 2006 Models

  1. Turn the ignition on position do not start the car.
  2. Immediately after turning on the ignition, press and then release the gas pedal three times in under five seconds.
  3. The oil light will start flashing, indicating the system is resetting.
  4. Turn off the ignition, then start the car. Verify the oil life indicator is not flashing.
