2016 – 2022 Models

Method 1:

  1. On your stereo, push and hold the Seek up button and the Power button until the display darkens.

  3. Press the Power button on the audio device to turn the system back on.

Method 2:

  1. Stop and park your vehicle.
  2. Ensure your engine is not in ACC mode.
  3. Navigate to your display screen and select Settings.
  4. On the list provided, select General.
  5. Navigate through the options and click on Master Reset.
  6. A confirmation prompt will state that all system settings will be deleted and reset to the factory default if you continue. Click Continue.
  7. A notification will appear, indicating the factory reset.
  8. The stereo system will turn off, and the screen will go dark.
  9. Give the system a few minutes to a moment to reboot. Once the system has completed resetting, the stereo system will turn on and resume normal operations.

2011 – 2015 Models

  1. Press and hold the volume button to turn off the stereo system.
  2. Hold the #6 button as you turn the stereo system back on. This should reset the stereo system.
