Dodge Durango: How To Set The Clock

Resetting the clock in the Dodge Durango might be required after every battery change, and for some models, if you travel to a different time zone.

Choose the OPTION which suits your vehicle, and follow the uncomplicated steps below to reset your clock: 

2020 – 2023 Models

OPTION 1

  1. Turn the key to the ON position (DO NOT start the ignition).
  2. Press and HOLD the H button located next to the display for the entertainment system to adjust the HOUR.
  3. Press and HOLD the M button to adjust the MINUTES
  4. Once you have selected the proper time, YOU ARE ALL SET!

OPTION 2

  1. Turn the key to the ON position (DO NOT start the ignition).
  2. Press and HOLD the TIME button to adjust the clock. The numbers on the display should start blinking.
  3. Turn the DIAL on the right side of the display to set the HOUR.
  4. Press the DIAL to set the MINUTES.
  5. When you have set the desired time, press the DIAL again to finalize the time.

OPTION 3 (If your model has a Navigation Screen)

  1. Turn the key (or push the Start/Stop button) to the ON position (DO NOT start the ignition).
  2. On your home screen, tap on the TIME itself to adjust the clock.
  3. Tap the USER CLOCK button.
  4. Use the UP and DOWN HOUR ARROWS to set the hour.
  5. Use the UP and DOWN MIN ARROWS to set the minutes.
  6. Once you have set the desired time, tap the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen.

2007 – 2019 Models

  1. Press and hold the Time button until the hours are blinking.
  2. Turn the Tune knob to change the hours.
  3. Press the right-side Enter/Browse knob to move to the minutes.
  4. Turn the Tune knob to change the minutes.
  5. Press the Time button or the Back button to exit.

Uconnect

  1. Press the Clock button.
  2. Tap the + or – button next to the hours to adjust the time.
  3. Tap the + or – button next to the minutes to adjust the time.
  4. Tap the back arrow or X to exit.

Or

  1. Tap the time on the touchscreen.
  2. Tap User Clock.
  3. Tap the up or down arrows next to the hours to adjust the time.
  4. Tap the up or down arrows next to the minutes to adjust the time.
  5. Tap Save.

2005 – 2006 Models

  1. Press and hold the Time button until the hours are blinking.
  2. Turn the Tune knob to change the hours.
  3. Press the right-side Enter/Browse knob to move to the minutes.
  4. Turn the Tune knob to change the minutes.
  5. Press the Time button or the Back button to exit.

Adjusting Time Zones

For vehicles with digital navigation screens: *Turning on the GPS TIME will allow the system to automatically adjust your time dependent on your present location. This feature will change your clock when you cross into a different time zone 

If you are unable to set the Time on the first try, repeat the steps. If you are still unsuccessful, contact the dealership for assistance or consult your vehicle user’s manual.
