Dodge Journey: How To Set The Clock

Setting the clock in your Dodge Journey is required after every battery change, and for some models if you travel to a different time zone. Using the image which suits your vehicle, below you will find the uncomplicated steps to follow to set the time on the clock.

**NOTE: If you are unable to set the Time on the first try, REPEAT the steps. If you are still unsuccessful, contact the dealership for assistance or consult your vehicle user’s manual. 

2011 – 2020 Models

  1. Press the Start/Stop button to On/Acc.
  2. Press the Settings button.
  3. Tap Clock.
  4. Tap the up or down arrow or + or – to change the hours and minutes.
  5. Tap the Back button to exit.

2010 Models

 

  1. Press and hold the Time button until the hours blink.
  2. Turn the right side Tune knob to change the hours.
  3. Press the right side Tune knob to move to the minutes.
  4. Turn the right side Tune knob to change the minutes.
  5. Press the right side Tune knob to save the new time.
  6. Press any button to exit or wait five seconds.

UConnect

The clock is connected to the GPS. The time will be more accurate once the appropriate Time Zone and Daylight Savings time preferences are saved.

  1. Turn on the multimedia system.
  2. Press the Setup button.
  3. Press the joystick in the center of the radio if Time Setup is highlighted. If not, turn the knob around the joystick to scroll down to Time Setup, then press the joystick.
  4. Scroll down to Time Zone and press the joystick.
  5. Scroll to the correct Time Zone and press the joystick.
  6. Scroll down to Daylight Savings and press the joystick.
  7. Scroll to On or Off and press the joystick to select your desired setting.
  8. Press the Setup button to exit.

2009 Models

Touch Screen

  1. Turn on the radio.
  2. Touch the time on the screen.
  3. Use the up and down arrows next to the word Hour to adjust the time.
  4. Use the up and down arrows next to the word Min to adjust the time.

OR

  1. Press and hold the Time button until the hours blink.
  2. Turn the right side Tune knob to change the hours.
  3. Press the right side Tune knob to move to the minutes.
  4. Turn the right side Tune knob to change the minutes.
  5. Press the right side Tune knob to save the new time.
  6. Press any button to exit or wait five seconds.

TIP: For vehicles with digital navigation screens: Turning on the GPS TIME will allow the system to automatically adjust your time dependent on your present location. This feature will change your clock when you cross into a different time zone.
