These older Dodge Durango models do not have Bluetooth capabilities. You can purchase an AUX cord if your radio has an AUX port. The cord will allow you to play music only. You can also get limited Bluetooth capabilities through an FM Bluetooth adapter, a cassette tape AUX, or by purchasing and installing a different radio.
