Dodge Challenger: How to Open Trunk

People use certain features on a car habitually. One of those features is the trunk. You may not use it daily, but rest assured that you use it often. Sometimes it can seem difficult to open the trunk because you don’t know where the button is. Below are directions on how to open the trunk of a Dodge Challenger.

2011 – 2023 Models

Keyfob

1. Press the trunk button on the keyfob 2x.
2. The trunk will unlock and partially open.
3. Lift the trunk open the rest of the way.

Inside the Vehicle

1. Press the trunk release button on the dash to the left side of the steering wheel.
2. The trunk will unlock and partially open.
3. Lift the trunk open the rest of the way.

At the Trunk

1. If your keyfob has a Passive Entry transmitter, have the keyfob within 3 ft. of the trunk.
2. Press the button on the center light bar.
3. The trunk will unlock and partially open.
4. Lift the trunk open the rest of the way.

2008 – 2010 Models
