Chevy Cruze: How To Set The Clock

You’ll have to set the clock in the Chevy Cruze every battery change, and for some models, if you travel to a different time zone.

Let’s Get STARTED: Choose the OPTION which suits your vehicle below, follow the uncomplicated steps to Reset your clock: 

2016 – 2019 Models (with Navigation Screen)

1. Start on the home screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Set Time and Date.
4. Use the + and – buttons to adjust the time.
5. Use the up and down arrows to select if you prefer 24 or 12-hour settings.
6. Click the back arrow to return to the home screen.

2013 – 2015 Models

1. Select Clock.
2. Select Set Time.
3. Turn the menu knob to adjust the correct time.
4. Press the menu knob.
5. Press the back button on the radio faceplate.

2011 – 2012 Models

1. Press the Config button.
2. Select Set Time.
3. Turn the menu knob to adjust the time.
4. Press the menu knob to select the next number.
5. Press the back button or the menu knob.

**The proper time should now appear on your Chevy Cruze.

Adjusting for Different Time Zones

For vehicles with digital navigation screens: *Turning on the GPS TIME will allow the system to automatically adjust your time dependent on your present location. This feature will change your clock when you cross into a different time zone 

If you are unable to set the Time on the first try, repeat the steps. If you are still unsuccessful, contact the dealership for assistance or consult your vehicle user’s manual.
