Every car has a stereo system as a standard feature. Sometimes the system has issues and needs a reset. But before you try and fiddle with it yourself (and mess up all your favorite settings), we can walk you through it. Below are directions for resetting the stereo system of a Chrysler Pacifica.

2021-2023 Models
Fuses
- Open the hood. The fuse box is next to the battery.
- Press the tabs on either side of the lid and pull up.
- Check fuse F55.
- If the fuses are burnt, replace them with new ones.
2018-2020 Models
Fuses
- Open the hood. The fuse box is next to the battery.
- Press the tabs on either side of the lid and pull up.
- Check fuse F55A.
- If the fuses are burnt, replace them with new ones.
2017 Models
Fuses
- Open the hood. The fuse box is next to the battery.
- Press the tabs on either side of the lid and pull up.
- Check fuse F55.
- If the fuses are burnt, replace them with new ones.
2005-2008 Models
UConnect
Simultaneously press and hold the UConnect and Voice Recognition buttons for 15 seconds.
Fuses
- Open the hood. The fuse box is next to the battery.
- Press the tabs on either side of the lid and pull up.
- Check fuse 25.
- If the fuses are burnt, replace them with new ones.
All Models – Hard Reset
Hard Reset
- Open the hood of the vehicle.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable from the terminal with a socket wrench. Make sure the cable is not touching the battery or terminal.
- Disconnect the positive terminal. Do not let it touch the terminal.
- Let the car sit for 3-5 minutes.
- Connect the cables to the battery again.
