Chrysler Pacifica: How To Open Trunk

From storing groceries to packing in luggage like Tetris on your family vacation, everyone who owns or drives a car uses the cargo space in the trunk frequently. Let’s make sure you can access that extra space. Below are directions for opening the trunk of a Chrysler Pacifica.

2022-2023 Models

Passive Entry with Power Lift

  1. If your Fob has a Passive Entry transmitter, have the fob within 5 ft. of the trunk.
  2. Press the button next to the latch in the center of the trunk.
  3. The liftgate will open on its own.

Power Liftgate with Fob

  1. Press the liftgate button twice within five seconds.
  2. The liftgate will open on its own.

Power Liftgate with Button

  1. Press the button on the overhead center console.
  2. The liftgate will open on its own.

Manually

  1. Walk to the back of the vehicle.
  2. Squeeze the liftgate latch in the center of the trunk and pull it up in one fluid motion.
