Chrysler Pacifica: How to Connect a Phone

Drivers connect their phones to the car to listen to music and podcasts or make phone calls on the road. It’s a great way to get things done and stay hands-free. But what about when your phone just won’t connect?  Below are directions for connecting a phone to a Chrysler Pacifica.

2017-2023 Models

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap Bluetooth.
  3. Tap Phone on the touch screen. If no phone is paired already, a message will pop up asking if you want to connect a phone. Tap Yes. If a phone is already paired, tap Settings and then Add Device.
  4. Tap Uconnect in the Bluetooth options on your phone.
  5. Verify the PIN on your phone is the same as on the touch screen.
  6. Tap Yes on the touch screen.
  7. Tap Pair on your phone.
  8. Your phone is now connected.

2004-2008 Models

  1. Press the Phone button.
  2. The car system will say, “Ready.”
  3. Say “Setup Phone Pairing.”
  4. Say “Pair a Phone” when prompted. The system will ask you to say a PIN.
  5. Say the PIN you want to use. You will need this later in the process.
  6. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  7. Tap Bluetooth.
  8. Tap the Bluetooth option for your car.
  9. Enter the PIN you gave the system.
  10. When prompted, give your phone a name.
  11. Assign your phone a priority level of one to seven. Number one is the highest priority, and seven is the lowest priority.
