Sometimes it is nice to quickly reset information in your Chevrolet Cruze Infotainment System. Here are instructions on how you can return to factory settings, reset the audio values, and delete a paired phone.

Return to Factory Settings
2019 – 2022 Models
- Go to the Settings Menu.
- Choose Return to Factory Settings.
- Select Reset Vehicle Settings, Erase Settings and Personal Data, or Clear Default Applications.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
2016 – 2018 Models
- Go to the Setting Menu.
- Choose Return to Factory Settings.
- Select Restore Vehicle Settings, Clear All Privat Data, or Restore Radio Settings.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
2011 – 2013 and 2015 Models
- Press the Config button to enter the Configuration Setting menu.
- Select Vehicle Settings.
- Highlight Vehicle.
- Select Vehicle Settings.
- Choose Return to Factory Settings.
- Select Yes.
Reset Audio Value to 0
2011 – 2013 and 2015 Models
- Press the Tone button.
- Select Audio Settings.
- Press and Hold Menu or Menu/Sel until the value resets.
Deleting a Paired Phone
2019 – 2022 Models
- Press the Phone button or icon on the main screen.
- Select Phones.
- Press the information icon next to the connected phone.
- Select Forget Device.
2016 – 2018 Models
- Press the Phone button or icon on the main screen.
- Select Phones.
- Press the “-” button.
- Follow on-screen prompts.
2014 and 2016 Limited Models
- Press the Config button.
- Select Phone Setting.
- Choose Device List.
- Pick the phone to delete.
- Follow on-screen prompts.
2011 – 2013 and 2015 Models
- Press the Config button.
- Select Phone Setting.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Choose Device List.
- Pick the phone to delete.
- Follow on-screen prompts.
