Chevrolet Cruze: Connect a Phone to Bluetooth

To use your phone on your Chevrolet Cruze with Bluetooth, you must first pair your phone to the vehicle. Then you can simply connect it each time you want to use the feature. Here are the steps for pairing and connecting your phone.

2019 – 2022 Models

Pairing

  1. Press the Phone icon.
  2. Select Phones.
  3. Select Add Phone.
  4. Select your vehicle name on the phone’s Bluetooth Settings list.
  5. Follow the instructions on your phone and confirm the 6-digit code.
  6. Start the pairing process on your phone.
  7. If your phone doesn’t pair, turn the phone off or go back to the Phone menu on your vehicle and try again.
  8. If your phone prompts for connection acceptance, select Always Accept and Allow.

Connecting

  1. Select the Phone icon.
  2. Press Phones.
  3. Select phone to link.

2016 – 2018 Models

Pairing

  1. Press the Phone screen button.
  2. Select Phone.
  3. Select Pair Device (Phone). A 4-digit PIN will appear on the screen.
  4. Start paring from your phone.
  5. Locate “Chevrolet MyLink” on the screen.
  6. Follow the instructions on the phone and enter the 4-digit PIN or Confirm the 6-digit code.
  7. If “Chevrolet MyLink” doesn’t appear, turn the phone off or remove the battery and try again.
  8. If your phone prompts for connection acceptance, select Always Accept and Allow.

Connecting

  1. Select the Phone screen button.
  2. Press Phones.
  3. Select phone to link.

2014 and 2016 Limited Models

Pairing

  1. Select the Config button.
  2. Select Phone Settings.
  3. Select Pair Device (Phone). A 4-digit PIN will appear on the screen.
  4. Start paring from your phone. Locate your vehicle name on the phone, enter the 4-digit PIN, or confirm the 6-digit code.
  5. If your phone prompts for connection acceptance, select Always Accept and Allow.

Connecting

  1. Select the Config button.
  2. Press Phone Settings.
  3. Select Device List.
  4. Choose Select New Phone.
  5. Follow onscreen prompts.

2011 – 2013 and 2015 Models

Pairing

  1. Select the Config button.
  2. Select Phone Settings.
  3. Choose Bluetooth.
  4. Select Pair Device. A 4-digit PIN will appear on the screen.
  5. Start paring from your phone. Locate your vehicle name on the phone and enter the 4-digit PIN.
  6. Confirm the phone name on the vehicle screen.

Connecting

  1. Select the Config button.
  2. Press Phone Settings.
  3. Press Bluetooth.
  4. Select Device List.
  5. Choose Select New Phone.
  6. Follow onscreen prompts.
