Cadillac Escalade: How To Set Clock

The Cadillac Escalade comes with easy ways to set up your clock. It offers options for standard time and military time settings. Setting it up is easy with the following steps highlighted in this article.

2021 – 2023 Models

  1. Start your car.
  2. While on the home screen of the car’s display, select the Settings button in the bottom left corner.
  3. Tap on the Date, Time, and Unit option.
  4. To set the time automatically, select the Automatic Time and Date option.
  5. To set the time manually, select the Set Time option. The display will show the current time and allow you to move an hour ahead or behind.
    • Tap the up arrow to move an hour ahead and the down arrow to go back an hour until the correct time is displayed.

2015 – 2020 Models

  1. Start your car.
  2. Click the Settings icon on your car’s display, then select the Date-Time option.
  3. Click on the Set Time option.
  4. Use the plus and minus signs on top of the hours, minutes, and seconds to set the time accordingly by going ahead or behind the hours and minutes you want.
  5. Use the 12/24 HR button to switch between either military time or 12HR.

2007 – 2014 Models

  1. Turn your car ON but do not start it.
  2. Press the CONFIG button on your car display.
  3. The screen will display the current time in the bottom left corner.
  4. Select the option to SET TIME.
  5. Press and release the hours and minutes plus or minus to add or reduce the time.
  6. Select the 12hr screen button for standard time or the 24 HR screen button for military time.
  7. Your clock is now set.

OR

  1. Press and release on the Time icon on the top left corner of your car display screen.
  2. Select the SET prompt on the bottom left corner of the screen.
  3. The screen will now display the current time reading with plus and minus signs for the hour and minutes.
  4. Press the plus sign to go ahead one hour or one minute and the minus sign to go back one hour or one minute.
  5. Select the 12hr screen button for standard time or the 24 HR screen button for military time.

2002 – 2006 Models

  1. Locate the Clock.
  2. Locate the small black button on the left side of the clock.
  3. Press and release the button once to move a minute ahead at a time. Press and hold to move faster.
  4. Use this process to set the time.

1999 – 2000 Models

  1. Turn your car ON.
  2. At the center of your dashboard, locate the Clock display and the HR and MN buttons below it.
  3. Press and hold the HR button until the correct hour is displayed.
  4. Press and hold the MN button until the correct minute is displayed.
