Buick Enclave: How to Set the Clock

As simple as setting a clock may seem, finding the right buttons and settings in a new car can be confusing. In this article, we will guide you through the steps of setting the clock in your Buick Enclave, so you can keep track of time with ease.

2020 – 2023 Models

1. In the infotainment center, click “Settings.”
2. Select “System.”
3. Select “Time / Date.”
4. Follow the prompts to set your desired time and date.

2018 – 2019 Models

1. Navigate to the SETTINGS screen button on the Home Page, then select Time and Date.
2. Select Set Time or Date and use the up or down arrow to increase or decrease hours/minutes or month/day/year. You can also change between AM and PM.
3. Choose between a 12 or 24-hour clock by touching 12-24 Hr.
4. To turn on Auto Set, choose between On-Cell Network or Off-Manual to manually set the time and date.
5. Touch Back to return to the previous menu.

Note: if Auto Set is on, the time displayed on your device may not immediately update when driving into a new time zone. Also, Auto Set requires an active OnStar service plan.

2013 – 2017 Models

1. Navigate to the Settings option on the Home Page. From there, select either Set Time or Set Date to bring up the appropriate screen.
2. To adjust the time, use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the Hours, Minutes, AM/PM, or 24-hour format. Press and hold to quickly adjust the time.
3. Once the desired time is set, save the changes by pressing OK or the Back button.
4. To adjust the date, use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the Month, Day, and Year settings. Press and hold to quickly adjust the date.
5. Once the desired date is set, save the changes by pressing OK or the Back button.

2009 – 2011 Models

1. Turn the ignition ON, then press the Power icon to turn the radio on.
2. Press the Power icon to display HR, MIN, MM, DD, YYYY (hour, minute, month, day, and year).
3. Press the button located under any one of the labels to be changed.
4. To adjust the time or date, press the button below the selected label and press the forward or backward arrow. Or you can turn the Music knob to the right or left.

2008 Models

1. To access the clock and date setting menus, repeatedly press the clock button until they appear.
2. Next, use the button underneath the forward icon to navigate to the “default clock and date settings menu.”
3. To toggle the radio clock display on or off, press the button located under the currently displayed status of either ON or OFF.
4. If the display shows ON, the radio clock display is currently disabled, and pressing the button will enable it. If the display shows OFF, the radio clock display is currently enabled, and pressing the button will disable it.
