2019 – 2022 Models
- Turn the ignition on.
- On the touchscreen, tap on Car or Vehicle on the main menu.
- Go to Settings and Service.
- Next, select Service Interval.
- Tap on Reset Oil Change Interval.
- Tap on Yes to execute service/maintenance service interval reset.
- The maintenance/service notification will disappear.
2015 – 2018 Models
- Turn the ignition on without starting the engine.
- Press the car button located at the center of the console.
- Press the control button to select the Car System or System menu.
- Use the dial control to scroll down the menu to Service and Checks.
- Under Service and Checks, select Service Interval Display.
- Click on Yes to execute the maintenance interval reset.
- The maintenance/service notification will disappear
2011 – 2014 Models
- Turn the ignition on without starting the engine.
- Press the Car button on the dashboard.
- Use the MMI control button to select Service and Checks on the menu.
- Scroll down the list to Service Interval.
- Under Service Interval, select Reset Oil Change Interval.
- Click on Yes to confirm after a message appears on your screen.
- The maintenance/service notification will disappear.
