1996 – 2023 Models
- Make sure the vehicle is completely turned off before starting the process.
- Locate the OBD2 connector in your Honda. It is usually located underneath the dashboard on the driver’s side.
- Insert one end of the wire into pin 4 and the other end into pin 9 of the OBD2 connector.
- Turn the ignition key to the ACC (Accessory) position without starting the engine.
- Press the brake pedal and then release it. Repeat this process multiple times.
- As you perform the brake pedal action, keep an eye on the ABS light on the dashboard.
- If the ABS light flashes twice, it indicates that the ABS light has been successfully reset.
- After successfully resetting the ABS light, turn off the ignition key.
- Unplug the wire from pins 4 and 9 of the OBD2 connector.
- Start the car and check if the ABS light is now turned off.
