Volvo XC90: How to Connect a Phone

2011 – 2025 Models

1. Go to your phone’s settings menu and toggle the Bluetooth setting to “On.”
2. Go to the settings menu on your car and select “Connectivity.”
3. Select “Connect Phone,” and your phone should appear in the list.
4. Select your phone in the list, which should now be connected to your Volvo XC90.

2002 – 2010 Models

1. Connect your phone to your car using a USB cable.
2. Locate the USB port in your center console.
3. Plug the USB cable into the USB port, then plug the other end into your phone.
4. Turn on your infotainment system.
5. Select the “Phone” option from the menu.
6. Select the “Connect Phone” option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
7. Once your phone is connected, you can use the infotainment system to make and receive calls, access your contacts, and stream music.
