When your vehicle’s oil life is low or at 0%, you’ll get a “change oil soon” notification on the dashboard. Change the oil first before resetting the oil life. Fortunately, you can do it yourself without visiting your local maintenance shop.
2020 – 2022 Models
- Press the Menu button to show the vehicle information.
- Use the up/down arrows to scroll to the Remaining Oil Life screen.
- Hold down the SET/CLR button until the vehicle chimes.
- The oil life is at 100%.
2017 – 2019 Models
- Press the Menu button.
- Scroll down the menu to locate Info.
- Press the SET/CLR button to select the Info menu.
- Scroll down the menu to the Remaining Oil Life menu.
- Press and hold the SET/CLR button until the vehicle chimes.
- The oil life is at 100%.
2013 – 2016 Models
- Press the Menu button to display the vehicle information screen.
- Scroll down the menu using the up 🔼 /down 🔽 arrows to Remaining Oil Life.
- Press the SET/CLR button.
- Select Yes when prompted to reset the oil life.
- The vehicle chimes indicating oil life is at 100%.
